补肾活血方联合二甲双胍缓释片对多囊卵巢综合症患者血清TNF-α、IGF-1及CRP的影响

Effect of Bushen huoxue decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablet on serum TNF-α,IGF-1 and CRP in polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨补肾活血方联合二甲双胍缓释片对多囊卵巢综合症(polycysticovary syndrome,PCOS)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)、胰岛素样生长因子(insulin-like growth factors,IGF-1)及C反应蛋白(C-reactionprotein,CRP)水平的影响。方法受试者为绍兴市上虞中医院门诊及住院部诊断为PCOS患者68例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组34例采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗;研究组34例采用补肾活血方联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗,于治疗前后空腹采血,测定血清性激素、TNF-α、IGF-1及CRP水平,同时对比临床疗效。结果对照组临床疗效及超声检查有效率(67.65%、70.59%)低于研究组(91.18%、88.24%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,研究组治疗后血清性激素、TNF-α、IGF-1及CRP水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用补肾活血方联合二甲双胍能降低多囊卵巢综合症患者血清TNF-α、IGF-1及CRP水平,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen huoxue decoction combined with mefformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets on tumor necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-α）, insulin-like growth faetors（ IGF-1 ） and C-reactionprotein （CRP） in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Methods 68 eases with PCOS from outpatient and inpatient department of Shangyu Chinese Medical Hospital of Shaoxing were selected and grouped by random number table method. 34 cases in the control group were treated by estradiol and progesterone, 34 cases in the experimental group were treated by Bushen huoxue decoction combined with mefformin hydroehloride sustained-release tablets. The blood were collected before and after treatment, the serum sex hormone, TNF-α, IGF-1, CRP and clinical curative effect were compared. Results The elinieal e^caey and sonographic examination effective rate in experimental group were 91.18% and 88.24% ,which were significant higher than 67.65% and 70. 59% in eontrol group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with before treatment, the serum sex hormone,TNF-α, IGF-1 and CRP levels in the experimental group were lower than those in control group after treatment, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The Bushen huoxue decoction combined with mefformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets could reduce the serum TNF-α, IGF-1 and CRP levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and has significant curative effect.
