舒血宁联合奥扎格雷钠注射液对脑梗死患者血清SF、CRP及HIF-1α的影响

Effect of Shuxuening injection combined with ozagrel sodium on serum SF,CRP and HIF-1α in cerebral infarction

目的探讨舒血宁联合奥扎格雷钠注射液对脑梗死患者血清铁蛋白(serum ferritin,SF)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)及缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor 1α,HIF-1α)水平的影响。方法选取经CT或MRI证实的60例脑梗死患者,依据随机数字表法分成2组,每组30例。对照组予奥扎格雷钠治疗,联合组在对照组基础上予舒血宁注射液治疗,7天1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。检测治疗前后血清SF、CRP及HIF-1α水平,观察其临床疗效及安全性。结果与治疗前比,治疗后2组SF、CRP及HIF-1α水平均降低(P<0.05),NIHSS评分、血小板活性指标均降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,联合组SF、CRP及HIF-1α水平均较低(P<0.05),NIHSS评分、血小板活性指标均较低(P<0.05),临床疗效较高(P<0.01)。结论舒血宁联合奥扎格雷钠注射液对脑梗死有较好的疗效,抑制血小板聚集,有效降低血清铁蛋白、CRP及HIF-1α水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuening injection combined with ozagrel sodium on serum ferritin （ SF）, C-reactive protein （CRP） and hypoxia-inducible factor lot （HIF-lct） in cerebral infarction patients. Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction confirmed by CT or MRI were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with ozagrel sodium, the treatment group were treated on the basis of control group combined with Shuxuening injection, 7 days of a course, for two courses. The levels of serum SF,CRP and HIF-1α were compared before and after the treatment, and the clinical efficacy and safety were observed. Results Compared with pre-treatment, the SF, CRP and HIF-1 levels of two groups post-treatment decreased （P 〈0. 05 ）, NIHSS score, platelet activity index decreased （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; compared with the control group, the SF, CRP and HIF-1 levels of the treatment group were lower （P 〈 0. 05）, NIHSS score, platelet activity index were lower （P 〈0. 05 ）, clinical efficacy was higher （P 〈 0. O1 ）. Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with Shuxucning injection have good curative effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction, which could inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce serum ferritin, CRP and HIF-1α levels.
