马应龙痔疮膏联合洗痔散对肛周脓肿手术后伤口愈合的疗效

Effect of Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment combined with hemorrhoids powder on postoperative wound healing of perianal abscess

目的探讨马应龙痔疮膏联合洗痔散对肛周脓肿手术后伤口愈合的临床疗效。方法收集2013年7月~2015年7月于浙江省舟山市中医院接受手术治疗肛周脓肿患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例,其中对照组给予马应龙痔疮膏无菌纱布换药辅助伤口愈合,观察组给予马应龙痔疮膏联合洗痔散辅助伤口愈合。比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者第3、9、18天疼痛评分明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者第3、9、18天创面渗出评分明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者第3、9、18天肉芽组织生长评分明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论马应龙痔疮膏联合洗痔散可有效促进肛周脓肿患者手术后的伤口愈合,临床效果优于单一的马应龙痔疮膏治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect on wound healing of perianal abscess after operation of Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment combined with hemorrhoids powder. Methods 120 cases with perianal abscess treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The patients of the control group were given Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment sterile gauze dressing assisted wound healing, while the paitients of the observation group were given Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment combined with hemorrhoids powder. The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The pain scores of 3d, 9d and 18d in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The wound exudates scores of 3d,9d, 18d in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The granulation tissue scores of 3 d （1.37 ±0. 82）, 9 d（4. 61 ± 0. 65 ）, 18d （5.54 ± 0. 36 ） in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment combined with hemorrhoids powder could effectively promote wound healing perianal abscess patients after surgery, whose efficacy is superior to single Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment treatment.
