摘要
目的研究检测补钙类保健食品中铅、砷、汞、镉、铬残留量的方法。方法用ICP-MS同时测定补钙类保健食品中铅、砷、汞、镉、铬的残留量。结果 5种元素线性关系良好,相关系数R值均在0.9970以上,5种元素的方法检出限均在5.0μg/kg以下,加标回收与质控样实验结果满意,方法精密度与准确性较高。10种片剂补钙产品中有4种铅元素含量超标。结论该法可用于保健食品中重金属残留的检测。
Objective To study the detection method of Pb, As, Hg, Cd, Cr residues in the amount of calcium health food. Methods Measuring the Pb, As, Hg, Cd, Cr residues in calcium health food by ICP-MS at the same time. Results The linear relationship of testing five elements were good, the correlation coefficient R-value were above 0. 9970, the detection limit of the five elements were all below 5.0μg/kg, the results obtained by the analysis of standard recovery and quality control sample are satisfactory, the method has relatively high precision and veracity. Four in ten kinds of calcium tablet products, their plumbum eontent exceed the standard. Conclusion This method can be applied to test heavy metal residues in health food.
