摘要 D-核糖是一种重要的生理物质,广泛应用于普通食品、保健食品、临床营养食品、药品等诸多方面。近年来,随着发酵法生产D-核糖工艺的逐渐成熟、生产成本大幅降低,其新功能的发现,又进一步扩展了其应用范围。本文即从D-核糖的生理功能、应用范围及安全性三方面作一综述。 D-ribose is a kind of important physiological substances and widely used in fields of ordinary food, health food, clinical nutrition food, the special features of food and drugs. Recently, during the fermentation production process of D-ribose was gradually mature, the production costs have reduced and the discovery of its new function, the application of D-ribose are gradually abroad. This paper illustrates the range of application, related physiological function and the safety of D-ribose.
