摘要
水电工程建设对库区的生态承载力具有重要影响,其影响大小是水电站建设综合性评价的一个重要内容。以贵州省光照水电工程为例,运用生态足迹法对水电站建设前后受影响区域的生态承载力变化进行全面定量分析和对比。结果表明:光照水电站的建设使库区耕地、草地和森林的生态承载力由于淹没而降低,但同时,由于水域和建设用地的增加,发电效益、库区渔业生产能力及水库灌溉能力的增强,使研究区承载力也随之增加。总体来看,水电站的修建增加了涉及区域的生态承载力。
Hydropower project construction will impact the ecological carrying capacity in reservoir area and its' impact degree is an important content in comprehensive assessment of hydropower station construction. The impact on the ecological carrying capacity of the affected areas of Guangzhao Hydropower Project in Guizhou Province is discussed and compared quantitatively before and after the power station construction by using the method of ecological footprint. The result show that the power station construction reduces the ecological carrying capacity of farmland,grassland,forest in the reservoir area due to inundation; meanwhile,it increases the ecological carrying capacity due to increase of water zone,construction land,power generation,reservoir fishery. In general,the power station construction will increase the ecological carrying capacity of the affected areas.
