摘要
先分析了橡胶球关节镀锌层黑斑的微观形貌和成分,再通过离子色谱和湿热试验分析黑斑腐蚀的成因。发现产品的包装纸板含氯和库房湿度高是导致镀锌层黑斑腐蚀的原因。考虑到库房面积较大,因此将单个产品放入塑料袋后再用纸板包装。采用该法包装后,产品在库房中存放12个月也未出现黑斑。
The microscopic morphology and composition of black spot of zinc coating on rubber ball joint were analyzed firstly, and then the reasons for such corrosion phenomenon were analyzed through ion chromatography and damp heat test. It is shown that the causes to black spot corrosion of zinc coating are the existence of chlorine in packaging paperboard and high humidity in storeroom. In consideration of the large area of storeroom, the individual product is first sealed in a plastic bag and then packaged with paperboard. No black spot appears during storage in storeroom for 12 months after using the improved packaging method.
