摘要 随着以智能手机和平板电脑为代表的移动设备迅速普及,移动教育已经成为当今教育领域的新发展趋势。丰富的移动APP资源是移动教育实施能否成功的关键之所在。现有的教育型移动APP资源已在学前教育、基础教育、高等教育和特色教育等领域整合了各种数字化学习技术优势,使学习变得移动化、社交化、游戏化、智能化和个性化,并在潜移默化中改变着学习者的学习方式。本文通过对移动教育APP的概念和特征进行分析,从分类的角度对移动教育APP的实践应用状况进行了梳理,对研发和实践应用中存在的问题进行了阐述,并结合发展提出了建议。分析表明通过进一步解决用户友好性、教学内容系统设计与质量评估、知识产权保护和移动学习技术对学习者学习行为的影响机制和作用途径等问题,移动教育APP将会迎来一个关键性的突破发展期。 With mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablet PCs, are quickly becoming popular, mobile education has become a new trend in the field of education. The richness of mobile APP resources is the key to the successful implementation of mobile education. Existing mobile education APP resources have integrated the advantages of various digital learning education, basic education, higher education and certification technologies and been used in pre-school programs. Learning thus has become mobile, socialized, game-based, intelligent and personalized. Mobile education APP resources have also subtly changed the way that learners learn. By analyzing the concepts and characteristics of mobile education APP, this paper reviews the application status of mobile education APP from the perspective of categorization, describes related issues and gives suggestions about the development and application of mobile education APP. Our analysis indicates that a breakthrough in the advancement of mobile education APP will become true if improvements in the following areas can be made: user-friendliness of mobile education APP, instructional content design, quality assessment, intellectual property protection, and research on the mechanisms and effects of mobile learning technology on learners learning behavior.
