摘要 研究基于用户满意度调查我国高等学校教育信息化使用效益。以分布在多个类型高校的1128名学生为调查对象,进行统计分析和结构方程模型分析。统计分析结果显示:高校学生对教育信息化总体满意度一般;985高校和高职院校的学生满意度相对较高,211高校和一般大学学生满意度较低;从专业分类来看,工科和医科类学生满意度较高,文科和理科学生的满意度较低,其中文科学生满意度最低;博士生和专科生满意度较高,本科生满意度较低;信息化基础设施水平越高、学生对信息化资源和服务的依赖程度越低的高校,其学生满意度水平也越高。本研究结构方程模型分析结果显示:在教育信息化满意度的3个潜在变量中,教育信息化基础设施、教育信息化资源和教育信息化服务两两之间具有相关关系;上述三个潜在变量对高校学生教育信息化总体满意度均具有直接的正向影响,其中信息化服务的决定力最强。 This study examined the efficiency of IT applications in higher education in China, based on a survey of students' satisfaction. We carried out the investigation by surveying 1128 students from different types of colleges and universities. Statistical analysis shows that: students' overall satisfaction is moderate; students from 985 universities and vocational colleges have higher satisfaction level than those from 211 universities and other ordinary universities; students in engineering and medical sciences are more satisfied than those in liberal arts and sciences, with students in liberal arts have the lowest satisfaction level; doctoral and college students' satisfaction level is high, and undergraduate students' satisfaction level is low; for schools that have better IT infrastructure or their students depend less on information resources and services, their students have higher satisfaction level. Results of Structural Equation Model analysis indicate that the three variables (infrastructure, resources, and services) that could potentially affect students' satisfaction are correlated with each other; these three variables all have direct positive impact on students' satisfaction, with services have the strongest impact.
