摘要 微课的出现与快速发展,不仅对传统的教学模式和学习方式产生了影响,也为优化高校幼儿教师职前培训课程提供了契机。本文提出了微课应用于高校幼儿教师职前培训的设想,希望通过对微课的研究,能够改进传统教学中的方法和手段,加强幼儿教师职前培训中理论知识与实践教育的联系。本文在探讨微课的概念和特点的基础上,分析了微课应用于高校幼儿教师职前培训的可行性。并从授之以"鱼"、授之以"渔"和授之以"娱"三个方面探讨了微课在高校幼儿教师职前培训中的设计定位,以期推进高校学前教育专业在培训幼儿教师中教学手段与方式的变革,为职前学前教育教师培训课程建设提供一些实践性建议。 The emerging and rapid development of micro-lecture have changed the traditional teaching and learning style and provided an opportunity for optimizing the pre-services training courses for pre-school teachers. This paper proposes to use micro-lecture in kindergarten teachers' pre-services training. Studying the application of micro-lecture may help change the traditional teaching methods and enhance the connection between theories and practices in pre-services training of pre-school teachers. Based on a review of the concepts and features of micro-lecture, this paper analyzes the possibility of using micro-lecture in the pre-services training of pre-school teachers. This paper also discusses the role of micro-lecture in the pre-services training of pre-school teachers in college from the perspectives of "giving them fish", "teaching them fishing", and "teaching them with entertainment". We hope that this paper can help to promote the innovation of teaching methods in pre-school teachers' training in colleges and universities, and to provide some practical suggestions on the design of the curricula for pre-school teachers' pre-services training.
