摘要 信息技术是缩小教育差距、促进教育公平的有效途径,是实现个性化学习和终身学习的必然选择,信息技术必将在未来教育变革过程中发挥重要作用。为此,2015年12月美国教育部教育技术办公室发布了《2016美国国家教育技术计划》,从学习、教学、领导力、评价和基础设施五个方面,制定了美国未来五年来教育信息化的发展目标和计划。此计划可以为我国未来在信息技术促进教育公平、整合信息技术的数字化学习评价、教育信息化顶层设计以及教育数据的有效应用和隐私安全等方面提供重要的参考借鉴。 Information technology can effectively narrow gaps and promote equity in education. It is the inevitable choice to realize individualized and lifelong learning. It will play a crucial role in future educational reform. Therefore, the Office of Educational Technology of the U.S. Department of Education issued the 2016 National Education Technology Plan in December 2015. The plan sets the goals and the strategies for the development of educational informationization for the next five years from the perspectives of learning, teaching, leadership, assessment and infrastructure. This plan can inform the research and practices in China in terms of promoting educational equity with information technology, utilizing information technology for digital learning evaluation, top-level designing of the educational informationization, effective use and privacy issues of educational data.
