摘要
用幂级滴定法合成了一种具有较好防闪锈能力的水性丙烯酸乳液,并用其制备了能保护带锈迹钢结构的涂料。与现阶段市面上常用的水性丙烯酸乳液相比,该防闪锈乳液的性能优异,所制漆膜具有较低的成膜温度以及良好的机械、耐水及耐盐雾腐蚀性能。根据质子转移理论解释了所制乳液具有良好防闪锈性能的原因。
A good flash-rust resistant waterborne acrylic emulsion was synthesized through power feed method and used to prepare a paint being able to protect rusted steel structure. Compared with a commercial common waterborne acrylic emulsion, this anti-flash rust waterbome acrylic emulsion has outstanding performance. The film obtained therefrom has low film-forming temperature as well as good mechanical properties, water resistance, and salt spray corrosion resistance. The reason about why the emulsion prepared has good flash-rust resistance was explained based on the proton transfer theory.
