浦东机场彩钢板涂层大修配套方案及施工工艺设计

Design of the scheme and operation process for repairing of the coatings on color steel plates at Shanghai Pudong International Airport

分析了上海浦东机场彩钢板的腐蚀原因。根据浦东机场钢结构的使用特点以及节能环保的需要,设计了3种彩钢结构涂层的大修配套方案,介绍了涂装工艺的规范,提出在涂装施工时应重视涂料和涂装的质量以及质量保证条款的制定。

The causes of corrosion of color steel plates at Shanghai Pudong International Airport were analyzed. Three schemes for repairing of the coatings on color steel structures were designed according to the application characteristics of steel structures at Pudong International Airport and the requirements of energy-saving and environmental protection. The process specifications of painting were introduced, it is proposed that attention should be paid to the quality of coating materials and painting as well as the set-up of quality guarantee system.
