裂解气质联用法测定橡胶中UV-326光稳定剂的含量

Determination of UV-326 light stabilizer content in rubber by Py-GC-MS

采用裂解气质联用法对橡胶样品中的2-（2＇-羟基-3＇-叔丁基-5＇-甲基苯基）-5-氯代苯并三唑（UV-326）光稳定剂的含量进行了测定,分析了裂解温度、柱箱温度条件和特征离子的选择对分析结果的影响,考察了方法的准确度和精密度,结果表明：该方法操作简便,准确度高,其检测下限为0.3mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.1-4.5%,是一种对橡胶中UV-326光稳定剂进行快速检测的有效方法。

The influences of pyrolyzer temperature,oven temperature and characteristic ion were analyzed.The accuracy and precision of the method were examined.The result indicated that the method was simple and high accurate.The detection limit was 0.3mg/kg,the RSD was 2.1%-4.5%.
