摘要
闻一多在中国美学史诸多领域的研究上取得了卓越成就。闻一多以坚实的学理性基础,熟练运用审美心理发生论、美学史探源论、纯美学观念评价论等,广泛涉足中国美学史的前沿地段,诸如神话、生殖崇拜、美术、音乐等领域。他凝结起传统与现代相融合的美学史结晶体,将本土乾嘉朴学和西方文化人类学、科学性和审美性结合起来,既复活历史现场,又有个人的独特性发挥;将零星化、碎片化的文本文献加以程序化、系统化,并在浩繁的资料面前展现出鲜明的主体精神和强烈的时代使命意识。闻一多在唐诗美学史上更有突出的表现,他以融合式为机制,以文献学为先导,以"类书"为着力点,以"宫体诗"为参照系,以大、长为美的标杆,描述其审美形态,揭示其审美历程。他把文、史、哲、美四者打通,融汇一体,在总体框架上以文学为对象,以哲学为精神,以史学为引领,以美学为基点,从时代和美学入手,建立了社会学—美学的价值体系,表述了一系列别开生面的美学史见解,用史识勾画诗史历程,用诗心体察诗作,用诗情点赞诗家,用哲思感知对象,用想象复现诗篇,在现代中国美学史的研究上取得了高山仰止的巅峰性成就。
Wen Yi-duo has made excellent achievements in many fields of China's history of art. His achievements are based on solid ration, theory of aesthetic psychology, the history of aesthetic theory and the concept of pure science evaluation,while his study is concerned with many frontier of China's history of art, such as mythology, worship of reproduction, art and music. He combined tradition with modernization, domestic concept of simple and plain learning with foreign cultural anthropology, and science with aesthetics, which have revived historical scenery, systematized fragmented historic literature and revealed distinguish awareness of the time. His greater achievements lie in the study of aesthetic history of Tang poetry, because he took combination as mechanism and philology as guidance and described its aesthetic features to reveal its aesthetic course. He also combined literature, history, philosophy with aesthetics and established an evaluation system on the base of sociology-aesthetics,which has opened a new page for the understanding of the history of art.
