百MW级储能电站用PCS多机并联稳定性分析及其控制策略综述 被引量:32

摘要 针对我国已建成的多个千万千瓦级的新能源发电基地,为提升电网对大规模可再生发电能源的接纳能力,对电池储能的功率等级要求已达数十MW甚至达百MW以上,因此需要多台储能变流器(power converter system,PCS)的并联运行。该文对PCS并联系统在并网及离网运行过程中的稳定性分析方法及其控制策略进行文献调研,从并联系统的失稳特性入手,分别介绍了PCS并联系统在并网及离网模式下的稳定性分析方法,并进一步介绍了并网模式下并联系统的阻尼控制策略及离网模式下的环流抑制策略,最后得出相应结论,为百MW级储能电站的工程建设提供相应的理论支撑和技术指导。 For the several established million-kilowatt- class new energy power station in China, in order to enhance the grid's adopt capacity for renewable energy, the requirement of battery energy storage system's power level had already reached to dozens of megawatt level or even more than one hundred megawatt level, so the parallel operation of multiple power converter system(PCS) was needed. A literature research of the parallel system's stability analysis method and control strategy under grid-connected and off-grid mode had been analyzed. The research was started from the parallel system's instability characteristics, and the stability analysis method under the grid-connected and off-grid condition was respectively introduced. And further introduced the damping control strategy and the circulation suppression strategy when the parallel system worked under grid-connected and off-grid condition. Finally a corresponding conclusion is conducted which can provide theoretical support for real hundred MW level energy storage power station project.
