摘要原发性乳腺淋巴瘤（primary breast lymphoma,PBL）是一种少见的乳腺恶性肿瘤,是指原发于乳腺,伴或不伴腋窝淋巴结累及者,部分学者将锁骨上淋巴结及内乳淋巴结受累者也纳入PBL的范畴[1]。本文就我院近期由超声发现病理确诊的2例PBL患者进行回顾。1病例资料病例1,女性,49岁,于1年前无意中发现右乳肿块。
