摘要
目的了解煤矿工人工作倦怠的现状,探讨其与成人依恋的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、工作倦怠量表、成人依恋量表对720名煤矿工人进行调查。结果煤矿工人工作倦怠在情绪衰竭、玩世不恭、成就感低落3个维度上的得分分别是(1.91±1.02)分、(2.16±1.06)分、(1.92±0.85)分;单因素分析结果显示,性别、婚姻状况、营养状况、工种、工龄等对煤矿工人工作倦怠有影响,不同依恋类型煤矿工人工作倦怠显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);相关分析显示成人依恋维度与工作倦怠呈显著相关(P<0.01)。结论管理者应针对影响工作倦怠的相关因素进行科学管理与干预,并充分考虑成人依恋取向,及时进行心理疏导,促进煤矿工人身心健康。
[Objective] To investigate the status of job burnout among coal mine workers, and explore the relationship between job burnout and adult attachment. [ Methods ] A total of 720 coal mine workers were investigated with the general information questionnaire, MBI-GS and adult attachment scale. [ Results] The scores of job burnout in the emotional exhaustion,being cynical and low sense of achievement three dimensions were (1.91±1.02), (2.16±1.06), (1.92±0.85), respectively. Univariate analysis showed that the coal mine workers" job burnout was significantly influenced by gender,marital status,nutritional status,type of work,service length. The difference of job burnout of coal mine workers with different attachment types was significant (P〈0.01)Pearson correlation analysis showed that adult attachment dimensions was significantly correlated with job burnout (P〈0.01). [Conclusion] Managers should carry out scientific management and intervention on the influencing factors of job burnout,and consider the adult attachment orientation fully,offer psychological counseling timely,so as to promote the physical and mental health of coal mine workers.
