摘要 目的了解2015年宝鸡市市售食品中砷的污染情况,并对人群健康风险进行分析评价。方法从大型农贸市场、超市等地购买样品,按照食品卫生检验方法或理化工作手册进行砷含量的检测分析。结果检测各类食品样品共195份,砷在水果、蔬菜、大米、小麦、蛋类、淡水鱼和肝肾中的检出率分别为35.7%、73.4%、100.0%、11.1%、69.2%、64.3%、100.0%,均未超标。结论 2015年宝鸡市市售食品已存在砷污染,但总体来讲还是安全洁净的,且对人群健康无影响,但是仍需进一步加强监测,控制污染,保障人群健康。 [Objective ] To investigate the arsenic pollution in commercial foods, and evaluate the health risk of people in baoji City in 2015. [Methods] Food samples were mainly purchased from large farmers markets,supermarket. The arsenic in food samples were detected by the methods of food hygienic inspection and physicoehemieal workbook. [Results] A total of 195 samples of food were detected. The detection rates of arsenic in fruits,vegetables,rice,wheat,eggs ,fish,livers and kidneys were 35.7%, 73.4%, 100%, 11.1%, 69.2%, 64.3%, 100%, none of them beyond the standard. [ Conclusion ] The pollution of arsenic has existed in commercial foods in Baoji City in 2015. However, the foods are generally clean,and have no influence on the health of people, while the surveillance should be enhanced to control contamination and protect health of people.
