2008—2014年湖南省桃源县手足口病流行病学特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in Taoyuan County of Hunan Province from 2008-2014

目的了解2008-2014年湖南省桃源县手足口病（HFMD）流行病学特征和规律，为制定有效的防控措施提供依据。方法利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2008-2014年桃源县HFMD病例数据以及流行病学调查报告进行描述分析。结果桃源县2008-2014年共报告HFMD病例8272例，其中重症病例127例，死亡6例。发生聚集性痰隋122起，暴发疫情3起。桃源县2008-2014年HFMD年发病率波动在37．1W10万。243．98／10万之间。男女发病性别比为1．64：1，93．01％的病例集中在5岁及以下儿童，以散居儿童、托幼儿童为主，报告实验室诊断病例438例（占总病例数的5．29％），重症（死亡）病例以肠道病毒71型（EV71）感染为主，占62．20％。结论桃源县HFMD流行强度近年有上升趋势，且具有明显的地区、年龄、性别和季节差异，应做好5岁及以下儿童HFMD防控工作，重点关注留守儿童。

[ Objective ] To understand the epidemiologieal characteristics and law of hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） in Taoyuan County of Hunan Province from 2008-2014, provide evidence fbr developing the effective prevention and control measures. [Methods] The HFMD cases data and epidemiologieal investigation reports in Taoyuan County from 2008-2014 were collected from the China information system of disease prevention and control, and analyzed descriptively. [Results] A total of 8272 HFMD cases were reported in Taoyuan County from 2008-2014, including 127 severe cases and 6 death cases.There were 122 aggregation epidemic events and 3 outbreaks.The annual incidence rates of HFMD d in Taoyuan County from 2008-2014 were between 37.19/lakh and 243.98/lakh.The male-to-female was 1.64：1. 93.01% of cases were children under 5 years old, and scattered children and nursery children accounted the largest proportion.There were 438 laboratory diagnosis cases, accounting for 5.29% of total cases. The severe cases （death cases） were mainly EV71 infection, accounting for 62.20%. [Concluslon] The epidemic situation of HFMD has a rising trend in Taoyuan County, and it shows the significant differences in area, age, sex and season.It is necessary to strengthen the HFMD prevention and control among children under 5 years old, and focus on the left-behind children.
