摘要
目的评价绵阳市预防控制血吸虫病中长期规划的终期效果。方法通过县级自评和市级复核的方式,对各流行县市区的防治目标实现情况、防治措施落实情况和组织管理和保障情况进行评估。结果居民和家畜粪检阳性率已连续5 a为零,连续10 a无当地感染急性血吸虫病例;实有钉螺面积降至111.68×104 m2万平方米,下降率为28.52%;连续10 a未查见阳性钉螺。农村无害化厕所普及率从11.58%上升至70.94%;农村安全饮水普及率达100%;全市血防区域学生、家庭主妇和成年男性的血防知识知晓率和正确行为形成率分别为97.54%、96.21%、96.92%和95.67%、95.53%、95.06%;家畜圈养率达到99.13%。防治目标全部实现,卫生、农业、林业、水利、国土等部门的防治措施有效执行,组织管理到位,经费保障充足。结论绵阳市实施以传染源控制为主的综合防治措施成效显著,预防控制血吸虫病中长期规划效果理想。
[Objective] To evaluate the terminal effect of the medium long term plan for prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Mianyang City. [Methods ] The control goal, control measures, organizational management and security situation were evaluated through self-evaluation of county and municipal review. [Results] Positive rate in residents and livestock of manure test was 0 in 5 consecutive years and no local infection of acute schistosomiasis cases was found in 10 consecutive years. There were 1.116 8 million square meters actual oncomelania area fell by 28.52% and no positive snails were cheeked for 10 years in a row. Rural harmless toilets was increased from 11.58% to 70.94%. Rural safe drinking water penetration rate was 100%. The awareness rate of knowledge and the correct behavior formation rate in students, housewives,and adult male in the epidemic area were 97.54% and 95.67%, 96.21% and 95.53%, 96.92% and 95.06%, respectively. Farm animals in captivity rate reached 99.13%. All the control goals were realized. The measures of the Health, Agriculture, Forestry, Water Conservancy and Soil were implemented effectively. The management of the government was in place and sufficient funds were given to the prevention and control of schistosomiasis. [Conclusion] The effect of the comprehensive strategy of schistosomiasis control is remarkable in Mianyang City. The terminal effect evaluation of medium long term plan for prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Mianyang City is ideal.
