摘要
超薄型防火涂料应用在钢结构上,主要问题是火灾时发泡层与基体的附着力不够,导致不能很好起到防火隔热的作用,从而影响防火涂料的使用效果。以往对发泡层附着性能研究多集中在如何提高炭化层强度和膨胀发泡层结构稳定性方面。通过发泡层切割后现象、附着率以及发泡层可以承受的最大风速来判定涂料发泡后附着性能,建立防火涂料的附着性能分级指标,从而更加全面地评价防火涂料的防火性能。
The main problem of ultra-thin fireproof coating of steel structures is poor adhesion performance between foam layer and the main structure,which may affect the using effects of fireproof coating. Previous studies focused mainly on how to improve the char-layer strength and the structural stability of foam layer. The adhesion performance of fireproof coating after foaming could be determined by cutting the foam layer,adhesive rate and the maximum wind speed,which could provide some suggestions to establish the classification index of the adhesion performance of fireproof coating,so as to fully evaluate the adhesion performance.
