基于利益相关者视角的科技孵化器商业培育能力研究——宁波市鄞创科技孵化器案例分析

Study on the Capacity of Business Cultivation Possessed by High-tech Business Incubators Based on the Stakeholder Perspective——A Case Analysis of Yinzhou Business Incubator of Ningbo City

科技孵化器具有科技创新和商业培育的双重功能,但在实践和理论研究中商业培育功能往往被忽视。本文在文献回顾的基础上构建了基于利益相关者视角的科技孵化器商业培育能力研究体系,分析了科技孵化器商业培育的逻辑和评价指标,研究了包含科技孵化器、在孵企业、政府及孵化器合作伙伴等四类利益相关者。以宁波市鄞创科技孵化器为例,对其商业培育过程进行案例研究,并对其商业培育能力进行评价。

The functions of High-tech business incubator consist of two folders： technology innovation and business cultivating. But on the process of practicing and research studies technology innovation is paid more attention to. After reviewing literature, we find little scholar consider this issue fi＇om the perspective of stakehoitder, especially government and incubator partners, thus we construct the High-tech business incubator business cultivating system which based on the stakeholder perspective and including four types of stakeholder index （High-tech business incubator itself; incubation target; government and incubator partners）. We apply the efficiency system of business cultivating in a case study and find that the constructed this evaluation system is effective in the analysis of High-tech business incubator＇ s business cultivating. Based on the result of the case study, we propose four aspects of suggestion that can be beneficial to the development of High-tech business incubator.
