摘要
针对我国西部地区大多寒冷、干旱、缺水,煤炭资源丰富,但加工利用率低,低阶煤发热量低、水分高、区域煤质泥化严重、传统加工方式成本高、末煤利用价值低等特点,探讨了块煤采用TDS智能干选机分选、末煤采用TDM低温热解技术提质的新工艺;认为,以此取代传统手选破碎与动筛跳汰(或重介浅槽)分选,可取消或减少煤泥水处理系统配置,提高末煤产品的商业价值,增加煤矿企业经济效益。
In view of our Western region being cold,dry and lack of water,rich in coal reserve,but low rate in its processing and utilization,its low rank coal being low in heat content and high in moisture content, sliming of coal being serious,cost of conventional processing being high and low rate of utilization of fine coal; inquiry of employing TDS intelligent dry separator to treat lump coal and TDM low temperature pyrolysis to upgrade its fine coal, instead the conventional hand picking, crushing, jigging with moving screen( or HM shallow bath separator),vanishing or reducing facility for slime water treatment, increasing the commercial value of fine coal, thus, the economic performance of coal industry increased.
