摘要
论述了GJZXF4985型香蕉筛的结构设计、工作参数设计的特点和结构检测情况;该型香蕉筛采用了新材料,优化了筛框的结构,振动筛重量减轻,电机的使用功率降低;相关部件应用了多项专利技术,提高了筛体的可靠性;采用弹性转杆筛板与凹弧形筛面相结合,有效解决了粘湿物料粘堵筛孔的难题,提高了物料的筛分效率。
Structural design,special feature of operation parameters design,in inspection of its structure of GJZXF4985 banana screen discussed; new material used in this banana screen,its structure optimized,weight of screen and kW of motor reduced, several technical patents used for its fabrication,the weight of screen and motor kW reduced; its reliability increased,elastic rotation bars used in combination with concave screen plate,plugging of wet material efficiently solved,the screen efficiency increased.
