电厂锅炉微油点火系统设计方案对比及调试 被引量:2

Design Scheme Comparison and Commissioning of Tiny-oil Ignition System of Plant Boiler

摘要 两新建电厂超临界350 MW锅炉均采用微油点火燃烧器,对比两厂微油燃烧器及其系统设计方案的异同,介绍了微油系统在电厂调试中遇到的问题及相应的解决方案。在锅炉启动过程中,通过改变微油燃烧器的运行参数,考查了一次风速、煤粉细度和燃烧器二次风配比等条件对燃烧器性能的影响,为微油系统的调试与燃烧器的运行优化提供参考。 The tiny-oil ignition burner is both used in the 350 MW supercritical boilers of two newly-built power plants. Similarities and differences of these design schemes for the tiny-oil ignition systems are compared. Simultaneously questions and solutions in the commissioning of these systems are also introduced. During the boiler's start up process, affections of primary air velocity, coal fineness and inner/outer secondary air ratio on the ignition performance are investigated by changing the operation parameters. The above research can be used as a reference for commissioning of the tiny-oil system and the adjustment of this burner.
