摘要
一次风机失速后的操作不当,会影响机组的稳定运行。以某超超临界锅炉MFT事故为研究对象,对一次风机在磨煤机停运过程中的失速现象进行了深入的分析。分析表明,一次风机工作在高风压、低流量的工况点是造成一次风机失速的主要原因。同时,对一次风机失速后的磨煤机堵煤问题进行了研究,并提出了解决措施。
As a result of incorrect operation during the primary air fan stall, the unit has been disturbanced greatly. For boiler MFT of a ultra-supercritical unit, analysis has been carried out by primary fan stall during shutdown process of the coal pulverizer. The results show that the primary air fan working on the condition of higher wind pressure and lower flow is the reason of primary air fan stall. Meanwhile, the mill output after primary air fan stall is also studied. The approaches of mill output are put forward.
