摘要
为了研究检测方位对磁记忆信号的影响,采用磁记忆方法从不同的方位测量同一拉伸试样表面的磁场强度法向分量Hp(y),并对信号的差异进行分析。结果表明:不同的检测方向所测得的物体表面磁场强度法向分量Hp(y)值不同,过零点会漂移,不同的测量方位所测得磁场梯度以及磁参数基本一致。
In order to study how the inspection direction affects magnetic memory signal,experiment has been carried out to detect normal component Hp(y)of magnetic field out of tensile samples along different directions.Results show that the normal component Hp(y)was different when detecting along different direction,and the position of zero point of the normal component Hp(y)was shifted away,but the value of magnetic parameter and the gradient of the normal component Hp(y)showed small deviation.
