An Automatic Film Processing System for Fieldwork

以现阶段广泛使用的某型号全自动洗片机为基础,根据应用需要,提出了自动洗片系统的车载改造设计方案。改造后的自动洗片机可满足野外作业、大批量洗片的要求,且可以满足对暗室洗片质量要求高、工期紧的射线检测项目要求。

In order to meet the application requirements,a new on-boarding method by modifying the existing automatic developing machine is introduced.Based on the automatic developing machine which is currently widely used,the design can transform the in-door working mode of the developing machine to engineering automobile mode and meet the needs of field condition.Through the application of engineering practice,it shows that the machine has the advantage of high efficiency with stable performance,and it can meet the requirements for high processing quality and for project with tight schedule of X-ray detection.
