摘要
目的:研究苦碟子注射液不同活性组分对大鼠脑神经细胞的保护作用。方法:通过D101和HPD100色谱分离材料对苦碟子注射液进行分离提取,获得4个不同极性的组分。通过大鼠脑原代神经细胞培养实验,观察对过氧化氢(H_2O_2)及氯化钾(KCl)所致大鼠脑神经细胞损伤的保护作用。结果:苦碟子注射液中有机酸和黄酮类化合物对过氧化氢(H_2O_2)及氯化钾(KCl)所致大鼠脑神经细胞的损伤均具有不同程度的保护作用。结论:苦碟子注射液对脑神经细胞的氧化损伤的保护作用活性组分为酚酸类。
Objective: To study the protective effects of active components in Kudiezi Injection on injured neuronal cells of rats. Methods: The four kinds of extracts were obtained from Kudiezi Injection by extracting and isolating through HPD100 and D101macroporous resin column,nerve cells were in primary culture,to observe the protective effects of the four kinds of extracts on rats' neuronal cells injury caused by H2O2 and KCl. Results:Favonoids and organic acids in Kudiezi Injection could protect rats' neuronal cells injury caused by H2O2 and KCl. Conclusion: The active component of Kudiezi Injection that can effectively protect rats' nerve cells from damage is the total phenolic acid section.
