摘要
教师职业倦怠是当下教师队伍普遍存在的一种消极情绪,其对于教师心理健康以及整个教育过程产生的危害是全覆盖性的。提高教师心理复原力能够负向预测教师的职业倦怠,职业倦怠对心理健康的效应受到心理复原力的调节,为此,可以通过专业技能、情绪情感、应对方式、社会交往和外部环境多维立体的方式,增加教师积极心理资源,提升教师心理复原力,以缓解教师职业倦怠,提升教师心理健康水平。
Burnout is popular among teachers. Such negative feeling harms teachers' mental health and educational process in all-round way. Therefore, improving psychological resilience will help predict teacher burnout and adjust it. Through professional skills, emotion expression, cognitive coping, social connection and external environment we can increase positive psychological resources, enhance psychological resilience to relieve teachers' burnout and improve their mental health.
