摘要 近几十年来,土家族社区在社区环境、经济发展以及新农村建设等各方面都得到长足发展。其社区教育以成人农校为基础,强化了农技、扫盲、法律和计划生育等经济性和政策性教育,而土家族社区传统文化的教育总体上呈现出式微趋势。土家族民间文学、美术、音乐、舞蹈等优秀传统文化载体有着鲜明的民族特色,其中饱含了积极健康的思想观念,是土家族社区教育的特色资源。因此,土家族社区教育必须继承与发展少数民族传统文化艺术,并与当代经济和文化发展相适应,从而建立起以土家族传统文化文艺为载体的特色社区教育体系;同时,民族社区教育可以用群众喜闻乐见的艺术语言服务民族团结工作。 Tujia communities have been a great development of all aspects of the community environment, econom- ic development, and rural village construction in recent decades. The community education based on the adult agri- cultural school was strengthened economic and policy education include the agricultural education, literacy educa- tion, legal education and family planning education, in contrast it shown the micro trend of the Tujia traditional culture education in general. Tujia literary carriers folk literature, art, music, dance are a special resources for the community education which have a distinctive ethnic characteristics and was full of positive and healthy ideas. Therefore, the Tujia community education must establish the community education system features Tujia tra- ditional culture that it is inherit and develop literary carriers of traditional ethnic and adapt contemporary economic and cultural development. At the same time, the minority community education can services the national unity by artistic languages loved by the masses.
