黑河地区大豆胞囊线虫生防放线菌的初步筛选 被引量:1

Preliminary screening of bio-control actinomycetes against Heterodera glycines in Heihe area

摘要 于2014年和2015年将黑河大豆主产区采集的大豆根系土样采用稀释分离法分离获得放线菌186株,通过测定其发酵液对大豆胞囊线虫胞囊孵化及2龄幼虫活性的抑制作用,筛选获得6株对大豆胞囊线虫有强烈抑制作用的生防菌株。结果表明,其中XFS-4对大豆胞囊线虫胞囊孵化的相对抑制率最高达到92.59%,XFS-5和CL-4相对抑制率分别为88.45%和86.71%,与对照差异显著;XFS-4处理的2龄幼虫校正死亡率达到93.95%,活性最高,XFS-5、CL-4和BJ-4对2龄幼虫校正死亡率均在70%左右,均与对照差异显著。 One hundred and eighty-six actinomycetes were isola ted from soil samples by diluted separation, which were collected in Heihe area in 2014 and 2015. The results showed that there were six strains obtained through measuring fermentation both on cysts hatching and juvenile inhibitory activity of H. glycines. Inhibition rate of XFS-4 against H.glycines cysts hatching reached 92.59%. And the rate of XFS-5 and CL-4 were 88.45% and 86.71%, respectively, which showed significant difference with water control. Corrected mortality rate of juveniles was 93.95% by treatment with XFS-4, which indicated it had strongest activity. Inhibition rate of juveniles by corrected mortality rate of XFS-5, CL-4 and BJ-4 were about 70%, which were significantly different with water control.
