摘要
采用田间试验方法,研究了咪唑乙烟酸对大豆根瘤中钼、铁、镁含量的影响,揭示咪唑乙烟酸抑制根瘤固氮酶活性的生化机制。结果表明,咪唑乙烟酸对大豆茎叶处理后根瘤中钼、铁、镁含量明显降低。钼含量在施药后第28天恢复正常,对铁的抑制作用在施药后第3天最强,抑制率为33.99%。咪唑乙烟酸有效成分用量112.5 g/hm^2施药后第7天和第14天镁含量分别减少112.5μg/g和173.7μg/g,第28天镁含量恢复正常。咪唑乙烟酸有效成分用量225.0g/hm^2高用量对根瘤中钼、铁、镁含量抑制时间较长。
Effect of imazethapyr on content of molybdenum, ferrous and magnesium in soybean nodule was studied by field experiment and biochemical mechanism of imazethapyr inhibition against soybean nodule nitrogenase activity was revealed.The results showed that content of molybdenum, iron and magnesium in soybean nodule were significantly inhibited by treatment with imazethapyr on soybean stems and leaves. Inhibition effect on molybdenum content recovered at 28 day after treatment(DAT). Inhibition peak on ferrous content in rhizobium was at 30 DAT with 33.99% inhibition rate. With imazethapyr use rate of 112.5 g/hm^2, Magnesium content significantly decreased to 112.5 μg/g and 173.7 μg/g respectively at 7 DAT and 14 DAT, and recovered to normal level at 28 DAT. Inhibition effect on content of molybdenum, ferrous and magnesium in nodules were prolonged for a long time by treatment with imazethapyr at higher use rate of 225.0 g/hm^2.
