摘要
青枯病是一种毁灭性的植物病害。在烟草生产中,青枯病严重为害国内外烟草的产量和质量。青枯菌种以下分类较为复杂。本文综述了国内外青枯菌的生化型、生理小种和致病型的研究进展,以期为烟草青枯菌系的构成及烟草与青枯菌互作提供分析信息,并为烟草青枯病抗病品种选育提供依据,为烟草青枯菌生理分化及致病型进一步研究提供参考。
Bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum was one of the devastating plant diseases in the world, which brought serious yield loss and quality reduction of tobacco at home and abroad. Intraspecific classification of R.solanacearum was very complex. Research progress on races, biovars and pathotypes of R. solanacearum was reviewed to provide information for composition analysis of tobacco R. solanacearum and interaction between tobacco and R.solanacearum, which put forward some references for tobacco bacterial wilt resistant varieties breeding and further study on physiological specialization and pathotype identification.
