摘要
黑线姬鼠是余庆县农田害鼠的优势种群,研究其种群繁殖参数的年龄变化规律,对于做好黑线姬鼠种群数量预测预报和制定防治策略具有理论意义和实践价值。对贵州省余庆县2011—2015年捕获的1 241只黑线姬鼠种群繁殖参数的年龄变化研究结果显示,5年平均种群性比为0.95±0.20,平均怀孕率为(32.99±9.04)%,平均胎仔数为(5.17±0.25)只,平均睾丸下降率为(68.73±6.00)%,平均繁殖指数为0.62±0.08。黑线姬鼠种群繁殖参数具有显著的年龄变化。随着种群年龄的增加,种群性比逐渐降低,怀孕率、胎仔数、睾丸下降率和繁殖指数明显增加,表明黑线姬鼠种群年龄越大,繁殖力越强,成年Ⅰ组、成年Ⅱ组、老年组是种群的繁殖主体。
It was significant to theoretical research and practical application for forecast of Apodemus agrarius population and its controlling strategy to study age change characteristics of population reproduction parameters. Age change of A.agrarius population propagation parameters of 1241 rats collected in Yuqing county in Guizhou province from 2011 to 2015 was studied. The results showed that five-year average population sex ratio was 0.95 ±0.20, average pregnancy rate was(32.99 +9.04) %, average littering size was(5.17 ±0.25) young, average testicular dropping rate was(68.73 ±6.00)%, and average reproduction index was(0.62±0.08). A. agrarius population reproduction parameter showed significant change of age.And with growth of population age, sex ratio gradually reduced, and pregnancy rate, fetal seed number, testicular descent rate and reproduction index l increased significantly, which indicated that population age was more older, the stronger reproduction capacity was. AdultⅠ, Ⅱgroup and old group of A. agrarius were the main part of population reproductions.
