摘要
历次救援实践说明迫切需要建立覆盖全国的航空应急医学救援体系，课题组通过对我国航空救援能力、现有航空装备水平和空域管理现状的调研和客观评价、分析，对照建立覆盖全国的航空应急医学救援体系的实际需求，发现制约我国航空救援体系建设的关键问题，进而探讨依托我国现有的航空力量建立覆盖全国航空应急医学救援体系的可行性及解决方法。
The previous rescue practices, particularely those in the reathquake-affected areas, indicated that it＇ s urgent to establish an national aviation emergency medical rescue system in China. There is limited number of helicopters, qualified pilots, and general aviation airports and temporary landing points. The existing air rescue equipment lacks critical care function. The unexpectedness of emergency rescue operation and uncertainty of landing time and route often contradict to the airspace control system nowadays. In the authors＇ opinion, development of general purpose medical rescue equipment helps resolve the key technical problems and a national aviation emergency medical rescue system should be established based on the existing aviation power in our country.
