目的通过研究应急演练培训系统，构建应急救援训演练平台，改进应急救援队培训方式，为应急演练培训提供工具支持。方法围绕地震灾害等突发事件，应用现代应急管理理念，针对医院应急救援队培训工作实际，综合运用数据库技术、多媒体技术、网络集成技术等。结果应急救援演练系统，形成救援知识体系，设计实时交互处置、考核和评估系统，能够基于想定作业，展开应急救援培训。结论针对灾害救援的特点，围绕救援队能力建设，研究设计应急演练培训系统，为传统的救援培训引入了信息化工具。本文通过研究设计应急培训演练系统，

Objective To build up the emergency rescue training platform, improve the training method of emergency rescue teams, and provide support for emergency drills training with the emergency training system.
