摘要 示波器存在存储能力和数据处理能力受限的问题,与计算机的结合成为必然。文章介绍了示波器与计算机通信的主要实现方法,利用示波器与计算机的USB串口通信,基于Lab VIEW开发平台设计电路故障诊断系统,给出了详细的应用程序,系统使用方便,操作简单。实验表明,该诊断系统能够帮助用户理解电路原理和快速诊断故障,从而提高测量效率,在工程测试及电路教学方面有很好的参考价值。 Oscilloscope has the problem of limitcd storage and data processing ability, so it becomes inevitable that oscilloscope is combined with computer. The main methods of commnication between oscilloscope and computer are introduced firstly. Using the USB serial port communications between oscilloscope and computer, a circuit fault diagmosis system is designed based on LabVIEW. The detailed program has been shown. The system is easy to use and operate. Experiments show that the diagnosis system can help the users to understand the circuit principle, diagnose the faults rapidly, so as to improve the measurement efficiency. It has good reference value in the engineering testing and teaching.
