基于Autar量表的围生期深静脉血栓形成高危因素评估表的设计与应用

Design of a perinatal deep venous thrombosis risk factors assessment scale based on Autar scale and its application

目的探讨基于Autar量表的围生期深静脉血栓形成高危因素评估表的设计与应用效果。方法将800例剖宫产妇随机分为干预组和对照组各400例。对照组按围生期常规护理;干预组应用自制围生期深静脉血栓形成高危因素评估表进行评估,并根据评估结果采取针对性护理干预。结果两组深静脉血栓形成发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组发生7例,干预组仅发生1例。结论应用基于Autar量表的围生期深静脉血栓形成高危因素评估表,可有效筛查深静脉血栓高危人群,针对性护理干预可降低患者术后深静脉血栓形成发生的风险。

Objective To probe into the feasibility of a perinatal deep venous thrombosis（DVT）risk factors assessment scale based on Autar scale and explore its application effect.Methods A total of 800 women undergoing Cesarean section were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,each of 400.The control group was given routine perinatal nursing,while the intervention group was provided with targeted nursing intervention after being assessed with a perinatal DVT risk factors assessment scale which was developed based on Autar scale.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups regar ding the incidence rate of DVT（P〈0.05）.There were 7women in the control group developed DVT,versus 1in the intervention group.Conclusion The perinatal DVT risk factors assessment scale developed based on Autar scale can effectively screen out high risk population,and targeted interventions can effectively reduce the incidence rate of postoperative DVT.
