摘要 介绍了LTE网络在3G/4G互操作中,使用CSFB方式回落到3G,面临回落时延长、接通率低等诸多用户的感知问题,并着重阐述了中国联通的分析思路和解决方案,在综合了多个场景测试基础上,分析了问题影响程度、范围,对解决方案实施前后的效果进行了对比评估,并最终在全网推广,有效提升了3G/4G互操作的接通时延和接通率,提升了用户感知。 In the interoperation of 3G and 4G,CSFB is used in fal back to 3G,user perceptive problems are emerged,such as long fal-back time delay,low connection rate,etc. It expounds the analysis ideas and solution of China Unicom. Based on the test of several scenarios,it analyzes the extent of the impact of the problems,evaluates the effects of the solution. Final y the solu-tion is popularized in LTE network to promote the turn-on delay and connection rate in the interoperation of 3G/4G,improve user perception.
