摘要
21世纪以来,国际学术人才市场已经逐步形成。学术职业作为学术人才的载体,其物质属性、精神属性与学术属性决定了我国学术职业竞争力三要素,即薪酬待遇、学术自由和学术水平。当前我国学术职业薪酬福利水平相对较低,学术自由受到国家行政权力和学术权威的限制,难以提供高质量的学术平台以提升学术水平。要提高我国学术职业在国际学术人才市场中的竞争力,必须提高薪酬待遇、保障学术自由、提升学术水平。
Since the 21st century, the international academic talent market has gradually formed.As a carrier of academic talent, academic profession has material attribute, spiritual attribute and academic attribute, which determine the three elements of the competitiveness of academic profession in China, namely remuneration, academic freedom and academic level. At present, the academie profession remuneration is relatively low, the academic freedom is restricted by the state administrative power and academic authority, and the academic level is ditticult to provide the high quality academic platform. In order to improve the competitiveness of academic profession in the international academic talent market, we must raise the remuneration, guarantee the academic freedom and raise the academic level.
