中小学校长信息化领导力的现状与对策分析——以内蒙古地区为例 被引量:7

摘要 随着我国教育信息化的不断发展,研究重点逐步向应用水平和应用能力的提升转移,而中小学信息化发展与应用与校长的信息化领导力水平密不可分。该文立足内蒙古自治区,以《中小学校长信息化领导力标准(试行)》标准为指导,结合"提升工程"培训对279位校长进行信息化领导力的调查。统计结果显示人口学变量对校长信息化领导力并无显著影响,而城市、乡镇和农村学校的地域差异、学校信息化环境基础差异对信息化领导力的影响极其显著。 With the development of China's education informatization, the research focus has gradually shifted to the application level and application ability, and the development and application is closely related to the level of principal's Informatization leadership. The study based on the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, "Primary and Secondary School Principals Leadership Standard (Trial)" as a guide, to investigate of 279 Principals. Statistical results show that the demographic variables of primary and secondary school principal's informatization leadership had no significant effect. Influence of regional differences of cities, towns and rural schools, School of information environment on the basis of the difference of informatization leadership is extremely significant.
