摘要
以某钢铁公司轧钢生产线的液压系统维修团队为实例,分析了液压系统维修团队的构成与相关能力要求。在此基础上针对生产一线液压维修人员存在的工作经验与能力不足的状况,提出了一种基于"培训-实践-考核"紧密相融合的新方法,以期提升维修人员的工作可靠性。通过试验和统计分析,确认了该方法的显著作用。
Taking the maintenance team of the hydraulic system of the steel rolling production line as an exam- ple, the structure of the hydraulic system maintenance team and the requirements of the related abilities were analyzed. Based on the existed insufficiency of working experience and abilities of production line hydraulic maintenance personnel, a new "Training-Practice-Assessment" method was proposed, which would help en- hance the reliability of the maintenance personnel. The significant effects of this method were confirmed by an experiment and the statistical analysis.
