复杂下肢大面积皮肤撕脱伤合并骨盆骨折患者的护理

Nursing for patients of complex large area skin avulsion in lower limbs and pelvic fracture

目的：探讨复杂下肢大面积皮肤撕脱伤合并骨盆骨折患者的护理。方法：2011年1月-2015年7月对我院收治的13例复杂下肢大面积皮肤撕脱伤合并骨盆骨折患者予积极治疗，术前予抗休克、合并伤及心理护理，术后予创面护理、预防感染和血栓形成护理及康复等针对性的护理措施。结果：13例患者全部救治成功，创面均获愈合。结论：复杂下肢大面积皮肤撕脱伤合并骨盆骨折经积极治疗，并采取针对性的护理方案，可提高救治成功率。

Objective：To discuss nursing for patients of complex large area skin avulsion in lower limbs and pelvic fracture. Methods：Targeted nursing meas-ures such as active treatment,preoperative anti - shock treatment,complication and mental nursing,postoperative wound nursing,infection prevention, thrombogenesis nursing and rehabilitation therapy were provided for 13 cases of patients of complex large area skin avulsion in lower limbs and pelvic who were cured in our hospital from January 2011 to July 2015. Results：All the 13 patients were rescued successfully and their wounds healed. Conclusion：Ac-tive treatments and targeted nursing scheme provided for patients of complex large area skin avulsion in lower limbs and pelvic fracture can improve success rate of rescue for them.
