摘要
目的:探讨合作办学模式在护生中的应用效果,为进一步优化五年制高职护理专业工学结合人才培养模式提供依据。方法:采用自设问卷,从职业态度、职业技能、职业理论3个维度调查50名合作班和50名在校班护生的职业能力水平,并比较两班护生技能考核和理论考核的成绩。结果:合作班护生对职业态度、职业技能两个维度的9个条目评价为"好"的比例均超过50%,与在校班比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);职业理论维度的4个条目中,除职业防护知识的掌握程度评价最好(P<0.05),其余3个条目与在校班相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。技能考核成绩合作班高于在校班(P<0.05),理论考试成绩合作班低于在校班(P<0.05),但两班全国护士执业考试的成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:校院合作融合式工学结合的人才培养模式可有效提高护生的临床职业能力,对职业态度和职业技能的提高尤为明显。
Objective:To discuss application effects of collaborative school - running mode on nursing students in the hope of providing scientific basis for fur-ther improvement in work - study integrated talent cultivation mode of five - year higher vocational nursing specialty. Methods:Self - designed questionnaire was employed to investigate vocational competences of 50 nursing students from collaborative class and another 50 from school class in terms of three dimensions, namely professional attitude,professional skill and professional theory. Scores in technical and theoretical tests of nursing students from both classes were com-pared. Results:For nursing students from collaborative class,each of the 9 items of professional attitude and professional skill had a rate of over 50% to be as-sessed as ″good″. The comparative differences from school class had statistical significances(P 〈 0. 05). Collaborative class received the highest remark of professional protection knowledge(P 〈0. 05),which is one of the 4 items of professional theory,while the differences in remarks of the rest 3 items between nursing students from both classes had no statistical significances(P 〉0. 05). Collaborative class got higher scores in technical test(P 〈0. 05),but got lower scores in theoretical test than school class(P 〉0. 05). Conclusion:Academy - hospital collaborative and work - study integrated mode of talents cultivation can increase clinical professional competence of nursing students effectively,especially their professional attitude and professional skill.
