劳资关系与经济增长:一个文献回顾 被引量:1

摘要 劳资关系作为生产关系的重要因素,对经济增长具有重要的影响。通过回顾研究经济增长的文献可以发现,学者们并没有忽视经济增长中劳资关系因素的重要作用。关于工会与劳动生产率关系的文献回顾,大多数研究者都意识到工会对劳动生产率的影响无论方向如何,都不是恒定的,而是会随着社会经济条件的变化而变化;在工会对经济增长率影响的诸多研究中,由于假设和构建模型的不同,最终得到的结论也不相同;劳资关系其他因素对劳动生产率、经济增长率的影响研究,也没有形成比较一致的结论,一个重要的原因可能是研究者没有考虑到生产方式及其变迁,以及将这些影响因素列为劳资关系的控制变量。已有文献显示,在劳资关系对经济增长的影响方面,并没有形成较为一致的结论。这表明,能否科学地构建劳资关系与经济增长的研究框架,对于结论的正确性及解释力具有重要的影响。
