This paper focuses on the importance of political and economic relationship between China and Germany, and elaborates the economic power of Germany in aspects of foreign trade, foreign direct investment and especially Si- no-Germany economic relationship, on the basis of which, it points out the direction of Sino-Germany cooperation in the new situation of world economic.
