摘要
文章介绍了运用二维码技术设计的专利档案管理系统的开发与应用。本系统可直接通过在智能手机中运行app程序,即可以扫描二维码的方式来获知档案盒中全部文件的内容,从而得以简单高效地对专利档案进行科学管理。
This paper introduces the development and application of patent archives management system via two-di- mensional code technology. This system can directly through running the program in the smart phone app, which can scan the QR code to learn the contents of all the documents manaeement of oatent archives. in the box file , thus we can get convenient and effective
