促进高职生职业社会化的职业心理教育路径研究

Exploration on vocational psychology education path in promoting the socialization of higher vocational college students

社会化是人必须要经历的阶段。对刚刚接触社会的高职生来说,适应职业社会化充满坎坷与艰辛,要想更好地适应社会职业,就必须使自己拥有强大的职业心理素质和承受能力。文章从介绍职业心理教育的相关概念出发,讨论了职业心理教学的发展现状及发展目标,着重讨论了高职生职业社会化的内涵及其意义;提出了职业心理教育促进高职生职业社会化的主要路径;最后,讨论了职业心理教育路径对高职生职业社会化的作用。

The paper from the introduction of the concept of professional psychology education discusses the develop- ing actuality and goal of vocational psychology teaching, emphatically discusses the higher vocational students of profes- sional socialization of connotation and significance; the paper also puts forward the vocational psychological education to promote vocational college students occupational socialization path. Besides, the paper discusses the psychological path of vocational education of higher vocational students professional socialization.
